On kb.segger.com/Programming_External_SPI_Flashes page is mentioned that devices listed on segger.com/supported-devices/ page support external xSPI falsh programming directly through programmer (e.g. J-Link plus), but, using J-Flash utility, this option isn't available for nRF5340_xxAA_APP (nor nRF5340_xxAA_NET) processor.

Does anyone have tried to do it with this processor ? Where can I find some info or, at leat, a RAMCode for doing it ?

Hi, thanks for reply.
I use nrfutil for both App core and Network core programming (nrfjprog is officially deprecated). Because of I use also an external QSPI flash, that can be memory apped, what I'm looking for is a way to read and write this flash directly by JLink programmed, as I do whit other projects with uC whit memory mapped external flash (ST or NXP).
