[ABANDONED] Standalone Mode: ERROR: Programming failed @ address 0x0100A160

  • [ABANDONED] Standalone Mode: ERROR: Programming failed @ address 0x0100A160

    I am flashing my Renesas Synergy S5D9 controllers with a Flasher ARM from Segger.
    When I flash them using J-Flash everything works finely.

    But when I choose File -> Download config & data file to flasher and try to use it in standalone mode, it gets stuck with a red led indicator.
    Reading the Flash log using the mass-storage mode, there is this entry:

    1. ERROR: Programming failed @ address 0x0100A160 (4)
    2. SN: 0 - Failed
    I attached a picture of the specified area as well as the project settings.

    How can i achieve to flash this area in standalone mode?

    Edit: appended a FlashLog.txt which shows the output in J-Flash using Target -> Production Programming
