I have a PineTime DK with a dead battery and want to supply the board with power, like I do when using the ST-Link V2. There is only a 5v for the JLink. Is there a way to convert the 5v to 3.3v?

There is no on-board converter on the J-Link but an adapter may be used:

I got the adapter. Should I disconnect the battery to the board? With the ST-Link v2 it didn't seem to matter but I heard it might here.
