[SOLVED] Cortex-A53

I am trying to connect to JTAG on a Marvell Armada 3700 series MCU that is powered by the Cortex-A53. The J-Flash program does not show the Cortex-A53 in the target device list and I wonder how I can use the J-link to talk to it.
