    I use Cypress S6J328CL together with IAR EWARM.
    IAR supports J-Link\J-Trace as a debugging tool.
    Does J-Link(Debug Probe) support S6J328CL, so that I can use all the tools together?

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    For this device J-Link only supports flash download via J-Flash and no debugging (see segger.com/downloads/supported-devices.php).

    It might be that IAR have implemented debug support, but you would have to ask them if they did for J-Link.
