    Hello

    J-Link ver. 4.20p is installed
    I connected the J-Link Ver. 08 with my AT91SAM9263-EK through ICE-Interface
    BMS Jumper is closed

    After trying the JTAG-Connection with µC I got this error - see attachment -

    What is the problem? How can I get connected with the device?
