nRF52832 DK J-link cannot connect to SES saying "Cannot find JLINK_STRACE_Control"

  • nRF52832 DK J-link cannot connect to SES saying "Cannot find JLINK_STRACE_Control"

    My installation of SES cannot connect to the nRF board.
    I have another PC that can connect with no problem that the nRF board should be ok.
    On the problem PC, when I tried to Connect J-Link, it say
    Cannot find JLINK_STRACE_Control.
    Please help.

  • Hi Kan,

    Could you please update your J-Link software to the latest version?

    Per default Embedded Studio uses the latest J-Link DLL and it looks like your latest installation does not include this function, yet.
