  • How to load LPC2919 using J-Link

    Hi,

I am using J-Link to load code into LPC2919. Keil MCB2900 board
In Segger website, I knew that J-Link support ARM9 and ARM Cotex.

Now I try to use J-Link Flasher/J-Linker command line to load code into LPC2919.
In Flasher, I configure Project for ARM 9, change the ID, Flash address, RAM address suitable for LPC2919. But, when I connect to LPC2919. Flasher can not connect and display these error:
    "
    Connecting ...

    - J-Link firmware: V1.20 (J-Link ARM V6 compiled Dec 05 2008 20:04:57)
    - JTAG speed: 200 kHz (Fixed)
    - Initializing CPU core (Init sequence) ...
    - Initialized successfully
    - JTAG speed: 100 kHz (Fixed)
    - J-Link found 1 JTAG device. Core ID: 0x0596802B (ARM9)

    - ERROR: Bad JTAG communication: Write to IR: Expected 0x1, got 0xe (TAP Command : 15) @ Off 0x1979.

Pls give a hand to solve the LPC2919 loading
    Thanks

  • Hello hoanf,

currently J-Flash does not support programming of the internal flash of the LPC2919.
    We are working on it.
We will inform you, as soon as a new version of the J-Link software is available which includes support.

    Best regards,
    Alex
