  • How TO programe BLANK flash CHIP？

    now have a problem,I erase and program one arm9 bload(have full flash contain bootloader) very good.

    but when I erase entire chip,it can't read erase and program flash.

    what should I to do? how to program blank chip?

    I am not sure if I understand you correctly.

    What exactly is the problem:
    Do you have problems when programming the flash memory if it is blank?
    Can you program it one time and then can not erase & program it again?

    Moreover, a bit more information about your working environment would be useful:
    1. Which target CPU/MCU do you use?
    2. Do you try to program internal or external flash? (If external: Flash manufacturer, flash description)
    3. I assume you are working with J-Flash, right?
    4. Which J-Flash software version do you use?
