can you give us a little more information about the flash memory you use (Manufacturer, description, CFI compliant?)?

    Best regards,

  • Hello 56888,

according to the manual of the flash device, it is CFI compliant, so it should be enough
to choose the "Automatically detect flash memory" option in J-Flash, in order to make it working with your J-Flash project.

Did you try the "Automatically detect flash memory" option?
If not, could you please try it out and post your result?

    Best regards,
    Alex
