My board use samsung s3c44b0x and sst39vf1601 flash.I program the flash without target ram,it work too slowly.That i use s3c44b0x internal sram with the address is 0x1000_0000.The sram size is 8K bytes.First erase chips.Then program,but program 2bytes in flash and pop the error dialog disconnect automaticly.Because thia internal sram is shared with cache.Then add write32 to disable cache and run.The result is same.Can you help to setup and progam the flash faster?Thanks.
