    How it is possible to Read/Write Peripheral or DDR2 registers in JLINK Script file for TWRK70F120M Target.

    What "script" file are you referring to?

    There are basically two J-Link related files that allow some kind of automation :
    1) "Command files" which have 1 J-Link Commander command per line and are used to automate J-Link Commander actions
    2) J-Link script files (see J-Link User Guide chapter 5.10) which are written in a C-like syntax and allow basic initialization of CPUs which require very custom connect sequences (e.g. on JTAG level, before the core can even be accessed

    These two files are totally(!) different and must not be confused with each other.

    So, which files are you referring to with your question?
    Maybe you can just post the contents of the file you are currently using?
