reset strategy?

  • reset strategy?

    when I read the j_link RDI User Guide, find reset strategy. some reset strategies tell me the hardware reset pin is used to reset the CPU.
    On my board , I don't connect the CPU's reset pin to JTAG connector,how the j-link reset the CPU?
    I use the lpc2210 ,on my board I connect TRST TDI TMS TCK RTCK TDO to JTAG connector.

    without the reset pin being connected to the JTAG connector, none of the hardware
    reset strategies will work because the J-Link can not pull the reset pin to "low".
