I need flash code in TI TMS470R1VF336A this ARM7 CPU. But I can't find out this device in project setting page and it's jflash file .

I've checked it's data sheet : focus.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tms470r1vf336a.pdf , Very likely TMS470R1A128 this parts . So I select

TMS470R1A128 this device to flash code found out this error:

Read CFI info : unsupported flash type / bus width (113201). Please contact info@segger.com

Failed to read CFI info

Failed to connect

Anyone can help me to flash this device correctly?
