Dear,

I have J-link lite, I download its software and license form segger website, I using it under CrossWorks, I want to know if this license is trial expire soon, or permanent.

Hi,

J-Link Lite can be freely used with the starter Kit it comes with.
There is no time limitation for using it.

Note the following (section "Licensing"): segger.com/jlink-arm-lite.html

That mean I can keep using jlink commander for free and also using jlink lite under crossworks for free, righ?

Hi,

Correct. As long as you only use the J-Link Lite with the eval board it came with.
