    Hi ,
    I am using Flasher ARM with j flash, i wanna download the Bootloader and the Application on stellaris lm3s6938, so i wanna know if there is anyway to merge the 2 bin files using j flash.

    i noticed under the Tap file there is a selection merge data file, i tried to hit this button but i couldn't see the merged files "i mean where is the output file".

    The procedure is as follows:
    Open the first bin file in J-Flash and choose a start address for it (J-Flash will ask for one).
    Clock File -> Merge data file and select the bin file to merge the first one with.
    Please also select a start address for the second bin file (and make sure that the files do not overlap each other when merged)

    The data file window in J-Flash now shows the merged file.
    Select File -> Save data file as... in order to save the merged file.
