Hi, Thanks for the reply. This is a link for DA14850 device: dialog-semiconductor.com/produ…-energy/smartbond-da14580 This is the DataSheet link: dialog-semiconductor.com/sites…/files/da14580_ds_3v4.pdf The device does not have a flash. I am trying to load hex to the RAM as Keil does. (Keil programs my code to the chip by saving it to the RAM, when the power of the device is off, the program will be deleted.)

Hi, I have a DA1580 device (Dialog Semiconductor), and my goal for this stage to burn hex file to it. I'm using Jlink 10.1 debugger. I could not find the device in the devices' list in SEGGER J-flash Lite 6.12\6.14\6.16. Can you help me with finding a way to burn the hex file to the DA14850 device? Br, Ezza
