    After uncheck ram address work fine but too slow.

    I think you are using the GDB Server, correct?

    I do not know what you are referring to. There is not "ram address" option in the GDB Server.
    Could you please explain what option you are referring to?

    Thanks for reply sir Alex the reference is defiantly GDB server but my problem is that with jflash.
    When i am trying to write to external flash which is ST M36W0R6050 which jlfash detect like Intel and cfi info is shown.

    When i am trying to write without ram address working perfect but when i check use target ram then jflash giving me this error shown in screenshot.
    ERROR: Programming failed @ address 0x0002000 (block verification error)
