to SEGGER-Alex,
my board is s3c2440a with intel 28f128j3a .i can program the flash,but it is too slow .l know that i didn't program with ram.Because i do not know how to set the register.i am a new guy. can you tell me?

my problem has soluted.somthing wrong with my hardware.the pin of vpen didnt jion vcc=3.3.so the voltage is low.

but i find another problem. when progamming,it cannt use ram and show wrong .i use the full-feature jlink.

hi,
My platform Samsung S3C2440A and intel 28f128j3 flash.reading is ok.but cann't program.it shows "Low Programming Voltage Detected'.i don't know what's going on.
