SystemView Freezes During Zephyr RTOS Tracing on nRF Chip

I'm working on a project that uses a Nordic nRF chip and the Zephyr RTOS. I've started using SystemView to try and debug an issue that I believe is related to thread management. I set everything up correctly and I'm able to use SystemView, but after a while, event recording stops (overflow?) and the program freezes with no way to close it normally—I have to kill it from the task manager. This makes it unusable if I need to wait for a specific event to occur, because the program freezes beforehand. Can anyone help?
