I have a J-Link EDU Mini I bought many years ago and trying to get it working now. I downloaded the Jlink software and tried to use the Configurator program. It does not find any Jlink devices when the Jlink is connected to USB. I tried different USB ports. I am using Visual Micro IDE and was told by VM support to change the USB driver to WinUSB (v6.1.7600.16385) using Zadig. There was no change in the result. In device manager (Win10) I found Jlink listed under Universal Serial Bus Devices but not under COM ports. I tried to update the driver from Windows and it says it has the best driver already installed.

When I try to program the board (Arduino DUE - SAM3X8E) there are errors and I believe it says it cannot find the device. I have already tried to get support from VM but I think since the JLink configurator also does not see it there might be a problem on the JLink side of things. Could you offer some help for getting this to work? I'm not sure if it has a serial number, the number I entered when trying to submit a tech support ticket was not recognized (801001385).
