Is it possible to use LITE to debug a Cortex-M33 (specifically Nordic nRF9160/61/51)?

I do not see it listed on segger.com/products/debug-prob…lite/j-link-lite-cortex-m (Cortex-M0/M0+/M1/M3/M4/M7 cores supported).

However, Cortex-M33 is listed here segger.com/products/debug-prob…es/#list-of-known-devices as "J-Link debug probes" general support, and the particular microcontrollers are listed here segger.com/supported-devices/nordic-semi/nrf91

I would appreciate any info about someone having tried that.
