  • [SOLVED] programming option bytes to STM32C0 family

Unlike other STM32 MCU, I can't choose "allow opt. bytes" for STM32C0. See attached picture.

Any alternative way to program option bytes to this MCU using hex file?

I'm using Segger j-link PLUS to program STM32C031K6 via SWD interface.

  • Hi,
Currently, option byte programming via .hex file is not supported for the STM32C0 device with J-Link.
I will check internally if there are any plans regarding this.

    Best regards,
    Fabian

We added option byte programming via .hex-file to our feature request list.
We will try to squeeze this in within the next couple of weeks.
