Can the j-link mini edu be used to debug in monitor mode. Debugging an nRF52840. Cannot set breakpoints because of BLE interrupts. I have not read where a mini cannot be used in monitor mode. I have see on one website where Plus, Ultra or Pro is required. Not sure if that is a trustworthy source.
