Hello,

I have a custom board and am using an MCU-Link pro (programmed with J-Link) to load/debug projects.
I have noticed that when an image is downloaded to flash (I have validated that image is correctly written in flash), resetting the target does not work properly.
To reset, I have tried the "reset-target" button on MCU-Link pro as well as the reset button on my custom board. (I can see that clicking these buttons does change the amount of current shown on my power supply, but the software in flash does not get executed).
However, while using the same hardware, if I re-program MCU-Link pro with CMSIS, both of the buttons mentioned above do cause executing the software in flash again.

My question is: what are the possible reasons for this behavior and how can I solve it?
