I downloaded the application in my target device (Cortex - ST) with J-Link. I run the application with IAR debugger and it works. When I unplug the JTAG cable, it continues to work. But, I would like to understand why when I power off and power on my board, the application doesn't start. Is there any configuration to do in order to start the application?

It is our own board that we have done. We connected BOOT0 and BOOT1 to boot in user mode.

I found out the problem. You don't have to call printf function when J-Link is not connected and not running. I removed all printf call in my IAR project and it works very well!
