    Hello,
    I'm trying to program a hex file to Infineon CY8C6136 using Segger J-flash (V7.66a).

    Q1. Which one should I choose from the list in the Target Device Settings?
    I attached file.

    Q2. What is the difference between CY8C6xx6_CM4 and CY8C6xx6_CM4_sect256KB?

    This is a MCU from the Infineon / Cypress PSoC-6 series. Support for these chips was added by Cypress, we are just shipping the connect scripts and flash loaders they provided.
