  • [SOLVED] Accessing secure JTAG enabled NXP's i.MX6SX through j-link plus

    Dear Team,
    I am trying to access secure JTAG enabled i.MX6 sabre board with j-link plus and keep on getting below error.

    > Could not measure total IR len. TDO is constant high.

    I have taken script file for i.MXRT1060 jlink authentication and modified for i.MX6 sabre board.
    I have attached the script file and error message.
    Is there any hardware modification required(JTAG_MOD) for JTAG access via jlink as like i.MXRT boards.

    I hope someone can help on this. Many thanks in advance.

    As explained there, the Secure JTAG / custom J-Link scripts exceed the scope of the complementary support.
