I am having the same issue reported in this SystemView thread titled "[SOLVED] Can't run Segger SystemView"
I click on the SystemView icon, click 'Continue', then the program stops with a blank screen that is minimized.
Also, during installation, the uninstall program for SystemView was flagged as malicious software by the anti-virus software, Windows Defender.
BeyondTrust Privilege Management is also running.
