  • [CLOSED] J-Link USB windows 10 connection problem

    Good day!

I am a new user of a J-Link USB that I am trying to use for JTAG software downloads to an ARM processor. The problem I have is that the USB connection doesn't appear to be registered on my Windows 10 laptop. The red led on the J-Link doesn't light up either.

I have tried going into the control panel for a manual installation but, no joy.

I have the V7.58e J-Link software integrated with the IAR Compiler for ARM Workbench version 9.20.2.

My searches on this forum were not successful but, if I missed something simple or obvious, I would appreciate a pointer to a solution.

    TIA,
    Sid
  • The J-Link in question is a J-Link clone.
