    Thank you for your inquiry.
    I assume you tried to post pictures, but they are not showing up the way you post them and the links don't work.

    But from the title I assume that you mean that in the target selection dialogue the device is listed with less RAM than there theoretically is according to the datasheet, correct?
    In that case the behaviour is expected as it only displays the WorkRAM that J-Link needs for our Flashloaders to work.
    It says nothing about the actual max. RAM size. You can of course use all RAM that is advertised by ST here in your application.
