  • [SOLVED] How can Ozone display Chinese characters properly?

    Hi.

As the following pictures, Chinese characters in source code window or terminal window of Ozone(V3.22e) can not be displayed properly.

And more, Ozone can not recognize the filewhose name or path has Chinese characters.

Has Ozone any way to remove this kind of problems?

  • Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry.
Currently it seems that chinese characters in textblocks are not supported.
Could you provide a text file with some chinese characters for reference?
We will add this as a feature request to our wishlist.

    Best regards,
    Nino

  • Hi,

Thank you for providing the file.
However it displays perfectly fine on my Ozone setup, see attachment.
Did you change any of the default Ozone settings in the preferences that are font related?
If yes, could you change them back to default ans check again?
What host OS are you running on exactly?
Are you using the 32 bit or 64 bit version of Ozone?

    Best regards,
    Nino
