    • Is it safe to update assembler startup files after updating from 4.42 to 5.40

I am using the SES for the nrf52. As I have upgraded from 4.42 to 5.40 I have received build errors. Which directed me here: wiki.segger.com/Correct_typing_of_Thumb_functions

Since I am not fluent in assembler I opted to download the newest Board Support Package and copied the startup assembler files. Which solved the build errors (still needs to be tested).

Are there any functional changes in the startup files that I have to account for in my application code?
