    Hello,

    Is it possible to force Jlink to erase all or certain specified areas? Per default, it seems to be only erasing pages that will be written by the uploaded hex.

    Thank you for your inquiry.
    This is expected behaviour of Embedded Studio.
    As thomasso wrote, if you want to erase the whole chip you can do as he describes.
    If you want to erase only certain sectors, you can either make sure that the affected sectors are part of your application image, or use an external tool like J-Flash which you can find in your J-Link software installation folder.
