[SOLVED] Renesas Synergy S5D9 and ISSI IS25LP032D-JBLE

    I'm getting this error message when I'm trying to erase the S5D9 chip with the ISSI chip connected to QSPI pins P500 through P505.

    3. - ERROR: Failed to erase chip
    With WinBond W25Q32JVSSIQ this is working OK

    This thread appears to have a similar problem: [SOLVED] Renesas S5D9 and QSPI IS25LP128

    It's marked as "solved" although that doesn't seem to be solved at all to my mind. QSPI pins would appear to work just fine since the Winbond chip works, just like the ISSI chip does not.

    How to sort this out? It appears to me there's a compatibility issue with this particular combination and probably ALL Synergy processors and those ISSI chips. As for the SDK, PK S5D9 definitely does connect QSPI to P500-P505 as it happens.
