  • [ABANDONED] Secure JTAG Jlink connection Error (NXP MXRT1020 & MXRT1060)

An error occurred while creating a work using Secure JTAG, which is not recognized.

I am using MXRT1020, MXRT1060 and the error is shown below.

    1. I.MXRT1021XXX5A
It appears shifted one bit more than the UUID you actually created. The CPUVal value is also shown as 00.
I entered it as shown in MCU Utility in Script.
However, there was an error that appeared after shifting each bit.
    (0x65f82946 -> 0xcbf0528c)

and The CPUIDval[31:24] value appears to be 0x00, but it does not seem to recognize the CPU.

    2. I.MXRT1062XXX6A

To check if it's a problem with setting the board, I made it MXRT1060, and the following error appeared.

    _TargetHalt: CPU did not halt.

I tried to stop it using the 'r' or 'halt' command, but the same message appeared.

  • Hi,
    Thank you for your inquiry.

Could you please provide more detail about your setup?
Are you using an evaluation board or custom hardware? If evaluation board:
    Which one?
Does the connect work with non secure JTAG and SWD?

    Best regards,
    Fabian
