XBF fonts mismatch

We are using XBF fonts from external flash. we need anti-aliasing font, so we have to use extended fonts, but we get scrambled pixels instead of letters ( see attached image). when we convert standard font it looks OK.
Any Idea why?

How do you create the font within your application?
Make sure the third parameter matches the xbf file:

Or is the Font Converter you are using a demo version?
Earlier demo version produced a non usable output.
Under the link below you will find the latest demo version of the Font Converter (no limitation in regards of functionality, you're not allowed to use it in a commercial product).
