    My jlink is stuck on boot mode. This is what happens when I connect it :



    When I click ok :


    Then nothing :




    What might be the reasons and the solutions for this ?

    Such an issue is not known to us.

    Could you please try again with the latest version of the J-Link Software and Documentation Pack?
    Does it work on a different host PC?
    Is the J-Link directly connected to the PC or is it connected via a USB hub?
    If hub, does it work when connecting the J-Link directly to the host PC?
    Did you try different USB cables?
