The title says it all. New Ubuntu dropped support for obsoleted Qt4, and now J-Link tools simply does not work since they have a dependency on this.
FYI: Last Qt4 release was on December 15, 2011, and is unmaintained since 2015. Please consider switching to Qt5, or getting rid of this dependency.
