[SOLVED] JLINK Edu Mini Vtref=0.00V - Cannot connect to the target

Hello, i have a jlink mini edu and is plug with NXP MK64FNM0XXX12, but i have vtref=0.00V and i can't connect to the target. Look the picture below.
