  • [ABANDONED] Flasher ARM for Renesas R7FS7G27G definition problem

    Hi,
I need to use the stand alone Flasher ARM programmer for the Renesas R7FS7G27G componant with J-flasher software
But the definition of flash Bank 1 (Internal data flash) is not good. it should be an area of 1024 * 64 bytes sector but in fact it is 256 * 256 bytes.

How can I fix the problem?
    Thanks
    Phil

  • Hi Phil,
yes you are right concerning the sector size of 64 bytes instead of 256 bytes.
Unfortunately, we had to summarize the sectors to a size of 256bytes as the minimum alignment for flash programming is 256 bytes.
Therefore you can also erase the data sectors only in 256byte steps.

    Best regards,
    Sebastian
