    Hi veterans.

    When I try to connect terminal emulator, SES throws an error: open error Permission denied(13).

    My distro is Ubuntu 19.04. I uploaded some screenshots about the issue.

    Please help me. Thank you for all possible helps.

    Thank you for your inquiry.
    Such an issue is not known to us.
    Does the user that you start Embedded Studio with have permission to access the COM ports?
    If not try launching ES with sudo and see if the issue remains.
