  • [SOLVED] Cannot connect to J-Link via USB

I cannot connect my Ubuntu 16.04 PC to nrf52840DK's J-Link via a USB cable from Seggers Embedded Studio 4.16.
I was flashing the Blinky solution from SDK_15.3.0 ->"Cannot connect to J-Link via USB" ???

What can I do to get it to work for Ubuntu 16.04, since I cannot upgrade it the latest version?

    Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
  • Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry.
Such an issue is not known to us.
Could you try and verify general connection via J-Link Commander?

Could you post a screenshot of the connect sequence?
Should no connection to J-Link work at all check the wiring to your PC and see if all drivers are correctly installed.

    Best regards,
    Nino
