    I am trying to erase the flash on my NXP MK64FN1MOXXX12 in J-Link Commander.
    Any ideas what I am doing wrong ?

    This indicates that the target device is not powered correctly or that the reference voltage is not fed back to the J-Link on Pin 1:

    So check your wiring and see if it works when VTref shows the expected target voltage.
