I have gotten EK-TM4C1294XL + CCS + Jlink Edu Mini to work. So I believe my CCS + JLINK works.
I cannot get LaunchXL CC26X2R1 + Code Composer + JLINK Edu Mini to work

CCS: Version: 8.0.0.00016
SEGGER J-Link Support 6.44.1.0
SEGGER J-Link USB Driver 1.0.0.6
Windows 10
Today the JLINK firmware was updated by CCS (did not change a thing)

With CCS I get:

Cannot connect to target.

I have the following connections and have verified the voltages where indicated:
Others have said they have no problem.
I have also tried without external power and just the GND, 5V and 3V3 + USB connected. Same thing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
