    Is the memory space accessible by the core? If yes J-Link should be able to access it with a read mem command.
    What IDE/debug software are you using?
    Could you open the memory window and see if you can read the contents of that memory area?
    Could you also post a J-Link log of that attempt?

    J-Flash is as the name indicates only meant to write and read Flash memory.
    0xF0100000 is definitely not in Flash so it will not work.
