  • [SOLVED] Bug: STM32F411xx_Vectors.s has incorrect IRQ handler entries

$(PackagesDir)/STM32F4xx/Source/STM32F411xx_Vectors.s" has many incorrect IRQ handler entries. For example, all the DMA IRQ handlers, SPI5, etc. are stubbed out as Dummy_Handler.

I have "STMicroelectronics STM32F4xx CPU Support Package" Version 1.02 installed. This is apparently the latest package.
  • Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry.
The vectors.s files are generated from the svd files from the CMSIS packages provided by the silicon vendors.
In some cases wrong entries get updated by the silicon vendor. However this does not seem to be case for the latest STM32F4 package.
Anyways, we are now aware of it and will add a patch manually most likely in the next couple of weeks.

    Best regards,
    Nino
