Are you using custom hardware or an eval board?

      Best regards,

    • Hello,

The device seems to be in readout protection state.
To unlock the device the reset pin must be connected, otherwise the unlock will fail.
More information can be found here: wiki.segger.com/S32K14x_series
It is also possible to lock the device permanently, if this is the case here then the target device can't be recovered anymore.

      Best regards,
      Nino

    • Hello,

In your last picture you are using the STR9 commander. Before you tried to connect to the NXP S32K14 series.
      Which one is it?

      Best regards,
      Nino
