    Could you try the following and send a screenshot of your J-Link Commander connect sequence?

    Are you using custom hardware or an eval board?

    The device seems to be in readout protection state.
    To unlock the device the reset pin must be connected, otherwise the unlock will fail.
    More information can be found here: wiki.segger.com/S32K14x_series
    It is also possible to lock the device permanently, if this is the case here then the target device can't be recovered anymore.

    In your last picture you are using the STR9 commander. Before you tried to connect to the NXP S32K14 series.
    Which one is it?

  • Sorry. I used the the NXP S32K14 series.
    And I used the STR9 commander because of J-Link Commander cannot connect to the device.
    Is there other method to erase the flash ?
