  • [SOLVED] Jlink Plus Error while connecting to target using ARM-GDB

I am using Segger JLink to download my binary to flash using the Eclipse IDE.
Eclipse IDE version is Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a) and I am using the GDB Segger Jlink Debugging to download the binary to flash.

When I try to download I get the following error on the debug console. Can you help me resolve this error. Once I physically disconnect the debugger and reconnect again, things start working fine.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Radhika

  • Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry.
A target device called NEBO is not known to us nor supported by J-Link.
Did you add support by yourself?

Please understand that we can't provide support for target devices that are not known to us.
The error message you see is related to previous host PC -> J-Link connections not being closed properly.
Make sure that all tools that interface with J-Link make sure it gets disconnected properly.
Are you using any other software than GDBServer that connects to J-Link?

    Best regards,
    Nino
